Suitable for board type furniture, the top class in a kindergarten, wooden line, cupboard door ,adornment door ,fire prevention board, calcium silicate board, plastic ,glass ,leather ,artificial stone ,stainless steel and other products, after they are painted by PU ,UV, water paint, fluorine carbon and so on.
Features:
1.The production line is composed of one dust removed machine, reciprocating type CNC spraying paint machine, IR oven machine and two conveyors .
2.Dust extraction during loading transport and paint drying equipment are provided to shorten the paint drying period, which improves efficiency.
3.Assembly line is made up of automatic spraying machine and IR oven. It can spray batches of the insulation board with high efficiency and quality.
4.It's principle in the production as below:
First,All kinds of workpiece with different size will be conveyed through the dust machine by stainless steel roller to clean the dust. Second, spray the basic coat and drying. Third,spray with nature stone paint or flurocarbon paint, and then spray the finally coat. At last, the workpiece will go though IR oven for drying to stop the dust in it.
5.With an advanced automatic reciprocating spray painting machine,the production line reaches high quality painting effect under high speed moving.The painting machine adopts water curtain type cleaning system,air cleaning system and water cleaning system,which reflects the design concept of enviromental
6.The spraying equipment adopts a set of spray systems, and is driven by independent servo control systems,to achieve high-speed and steady reciprocating spray,to ensure the spray efficiency and high-quality results, achieving the continuous spraying of the production line effectively.
