SGZ-C-UI1200C-A AUTOMATIC DUAL-PURPOSE HIGH-SPEED COATING MACHINE
Application:
This machine used for coating on the surface of paper, which raises its brightness and plays a role of damp-proof and abrasion-resistance to protect colours on the surface of paper.
Features:
1. Automatic feeding section: Adopt high-speed stable feeder free from maintenance. Paper truck can directly enter feeding table which improves work efficiency greatly. Movable guide rails and manual feeding table are optional to meet the paper size that feeder can not work with.
2. Powder-removing section: Adopt flannel roller and heating roller double way to clean the power on paper surface and increase the coating effects, convenient adjustment and operation.
3. UV coating: This section adopts integrated casting structure with the performance of high precision, deformation-resistant, running fast and stable and safety.Three-roller reverse running is adopted to control the UV varnish quantity and quality.
4. Far-infrared heating system: Suit for water-based coating with fast drying.
5. UV curing: Lamps, reflectors, air cooling systems are composed at this section to efficiently cure coating varnish and keep temperature of the curing box to prevent the deformation of coating paper.
6. Automatic delivery section: Pneumatic joggers can keep sheets delivered orderly. Equipped with pre-delivery table which will be automatically open when paper jam in delivery. Truck can enter the delivery table directly to take out the coated papers.
