Features:
SHCM-1000A/1200A is professional UV coating machine which is well designed and manufactured upon the needs of print industry. It includes 4 units: powder cleaner, coating unit, UV drying unit and simple receiving table. Simplified and economic configuration design makes the machine more practical and competitive. Therefore, this machine is an excellent choice for medium and small enterprises to do UV coating process.
Configuration & functions:
1. Powder cleaner
-- Manual feeding table
-- Power cleaner is equipped with double-brusher roller and heating roller to clean effectively on printed paper.
2. UV Coating unit
-- UV coating unit is equipped with high sensitivity of PLC air-knife system which guarantees smooth coating to thick and thin paper.
--Micro adjustor equipped to control oil usage and coating quality is convenient for users to adjust upon application needs.
-- Paper winding protector: when paper sticks and wraps the coating roller, the protector will stop the machine’s running and the buzzer rings at the same time.
3. UV drying unit
--UV radiation makes UV oil hard and wear-resistant, and paper surface will be much glossier.
-- Fast cooling system equipped to prevent paper curvature
-- Mesh Teflon belt conveyor is equipped with air aspirator to guarantee paper conveyed steadily.
4. Simple receiving table
-- Table height is adjustable upon application needs.
