Applications:
This machine is used to form the sleeves of ice-cream cones and cones with similar shapes. Processible materials include printed and die cutted blanks of aluminum foiled paper, PE coated paper and dry stencil paper.
Working principal:
Suckers take printed and die cutted paper cone open blanks onto transmission chain. They will be transported to forming mould. Then hot melt glue will be applied there. Length and amount of applied glue can be adjusted during machine operation as per individual requirements. Then the blanks will be taken and rotated together with forming mould. Thus one paper cone is finished forming. The formed paper cone will be blowed away from forming mould to collector tube. Auto piling of formed paper cone and auto counting functions are available. The piled paper cones are outputted to collecting tray automatically as per you set amount without machine stop.

Note:
- Compressed air without drying process may shorten machine life and lead to instability in produced paper cone.
- Incorrect substrate or hot melt glue may decrease machine production and affect quality of produced paper cone.
- Printed patterns and print surface treatment are very crucial. Before production, they need to be tested. Unqualified blanks may affect production efficiency and quality of produced paper cone.
