APPLICATIONS:
Automatic folding gluing machine ES-1600C/2400C are used to fold and glue 3 layers E flute and C/B/A 5 layers corrugated board box blanks and thick carton with weight 300-800gsm.
MAIN FEATURES:
Feeding section:
Eight 60mm wide vacuum suction feeding belts. 10mm thickness metal plate to set width crosswise. Knurling roller to dive vacuum suction belts. Left and right hopper plates. Three feeding gates. Vacuum suction belts in corporation with motor to give easy and constant feeding. Possible to load 400mm high box blank pile. Pneumatic pressing at top of box blank pile.
Blank aligning and creasing line further pressing section
Two sets side pushing lays and guiders to align the deflection box blank. This will ensure box blank to have straight gluing line and box will not off its position when folding. Two pressing wheels to press creasing lines the second time to have easier folding.
Folding section
Upper carrier drive box blanks smoothly. 80mm wide lower belt in corporation with 70mm wide turning belts in left and right side to finish 180 degree folding to the second line and the fourth line. Left and right guiding rollers are adjustable to adopt different box type. Lower bearings support and guide the running of belt. Turning belts are driven separately.
Pressing section
Length of up and down transmission is adjustable. Jogging device is available to align folded boxes when production. Two separately driven rubber wheels are used press the folding line further. Photoelectric counting.
Delivery section
Up and down imported pressing belt with medium hardness to avoid crushing boxes. Whole pressing stand is movable forward and backward. Transmission speed is adjustable as per main machine by means of photoelectric sensor.
