Dock Hose 225PSI
APPLICATION:
Built with a corrugated cover to provide flexibility in petroleum transfer service. A variety of tube compounds are available to tailor the chemical and hydrocarbon resistance of the hose to the type of material handled.
CONSTRUCTION:
Tube: Nitrile synthetic rubber for up to 50% aromatics.
Cover: Black synthetic cover, corrugated, wrapped finish
Reinforcement: Spiral-plied heavy-duty synthetic fabric with double wire helix
Temperature: -25°F to 200°F (-32°C to 93°C)
COUPLING
Coupled with standard built-in steel nipple/150#RFSO flanges. Available in other bolt hole patterns, materials and floating flanges on request. Swage nipples are offered up to 10". Hose assembly is electrically continuous unless otherwise specified by customer.

Cover: synthetic rubber
Reinforcement: Spiral-plied synthetic fabric with wire helix
Temperature: -25°F to 350°F (-32°C to 177°C)
COUPLING
Coupled with galvanized built-in steel nipple/150#RFSO flanges. Available in other bolt hole patterns, materials and floating flanges on request. Smooth bore assembly is electrically continuous unless otherwise specified by customer.

Dock Return Hose
APPLICATION:
For use in the recovery of petroleum vapors during the transfer of petroleum-based products, Cooling Water, Exaust Gasses between docks and tankers or barges.
CONSTRUCTION:
Tube: Nitrile synthetic rubber, flat steel wire helix supporting the tube
Cover: synthetic rubber
Reinforcement: Synthetic fabric plies plus two (2) wire helix
Temperature: -25°F to 200°F (-32°C to 93°C)
COUPLING

Application: Primarily designed for handling abrasive slurries in mines and quarries. Can also be used for dry material handling of sand,gravel,grain,slag,
and other such materials. External re-usable bolt on flanges allow for ease of installation,and uninterrupted free flow.
Cover: Think black corrugated abrasion and weather resistant synthetic blend. Specially compounded to stand up to heavy abuse in mines and quarries.
Reinforcement:Multiple layers of high tensile synthetic cords enveloping an extra heavy duty wire helix.
Tube:Ultra high quality blended rubber tube:3/8'' thick red tube.
Temperature:-40°F to+180°F.(-40°C to +82°C )
