Oil Suction and Delivery Hose

 

1.Application:
Oil Suction and Discharge Hose is designed for sucking and conveying most commercial gasoline,LP gas, crude oil, diesel fuels, and other petroleum products where heavy duty diameter hose is required. Suction and Discharge Service both are available. Max aromatic content 50%

2. Characteristics: 
The hose has the double properties of bearing both the positive and negative pressures,can be used normally under the pressure of-80kpa(600mm mercury)at the vacuum.The hose can't become flat under pressure,and can't off from it's layer,and has good bending property the body is solid and is capable of adapting to working conditions

 3. Construction: 
Tube : Synthetic rubber resisting the deteriorating effects of petroleum products, not discolor fluids. 
Reinforcement : multiple high strength tire cords (or with round steel wire which helixed in rubber) with internal static copper wire 
Cover : Oil and Abrasion and weather resistant synthetic rubber . Corrugated Cover 
Hose end: With optional Metal flange joints or Cam lock couplings with hose clamps .

APPLICATION:

Built with a corrugated cover to provide flexibility in petroleum transfer service. A variety of tube compounds are available to tailor the chemical and hydrocarbon resistance of the hose to the type of material handled.

 

CONSTRUCTION:

Tube: Nitrile synthetic rubber for up to 50% aromatics.                                                                

Cover: Black synthetic cover, corrugated, wrapped finish

Reinforcement: Spiral-plied heavy-duty synthetic fabric with double wire helix

Temperature: -25°F to 200°F (-32°C to 93°C)

 

COUPLING

Coupled with standard built-in steel nipple/150#RFSO flanges. Available in other bolt hole patterns, materials and floating flanges on request. Swage nipples are offered up to 10". Hose assembly is electrically continuous unless otherwise specified by customer.
