PVC window profile extrusion line
Mainly used for the PVC with wood to produce the WPC profile .
The WPC profile extrusion line has the characters of low noise, high capacity and just need small size of space saving the cost for customer greatly.
The production line can extrud double profiles at the same time.
This production line includes the following major parts:
1. SRL-Z300-600Mixing Unit .
2. SJSZ65/132 Double Screw Extruder
3. Profiles moulds
4. 3000mm Vacuum Forming table
5. Haul Off machine
6. Profile cutter
7. Stacker
