| Introduction |
Hydraulic type pultrusion machine is controlled by PLC, which adopts hydraulic pressure type to-and-fro as traction force with pneumatic length-fixing cutting. The machine can produce various FRP(including Glass fiber and Basalt fiber) Pultrusion Profiles such as square tubes, rectangular tubes, round tubes, angles, I-shapes, channel, rod, and rod fiberglass pultruded profile . The line consists of roving racks, resin bath, mould calibrating table, to-and-fro traction machine, cutting saw, racks for finished products and control system.

1. The machine adopts auto PLC controlling with stable performance and high automation.
2. The machine provides high precision temperature control system. The measurement and control of temperature is accurate with tolerance less than 1℃.
3. the machine uses piston pump with low noise and high system pressure. The motor is low power and save energy.
4. The hydraulic cylinder adopts Germany sealing components with good sealing property and without oil leaking or impregnating.
5. Temperature alarm device, the temperature of hydraulic system is under strict control.
6. we can design various shape moulds according to customer’s requirements.
7.The 20T widening pultrusion line can make profiles max.780x240mm(WXH)
