Introduction:
Hydraulic roll crusher has the advantages of simple structure, small occupation, convenient to repair and operate. Interior is equipped with dust-proof plate, good sealing performance, avoid splashing fine material after crushing. And the little dust with low noise make the work environment improved. Our roller body has optimized design which makes the roller can be used for life without changing the roller,but the old roller machine which has been used for a year would need to be opened for repairing and replacing the roller. This machine is widely used in cement production line, sand making production, building materials, mining, chemical, steel, cement and other industries which need fine materials.
Working principle:
Through the feed opening, the raw materials fall to between the two rollers, after crushed, the final products drop naturally. When there are unbreakable materials or the material is too hard, the roller will concede automatically under the effects of spring and hydraulic pressure, which will widen the clearance between the rollers and make the hard or unbreakable so as to avoid damaging the machine. The clearance between the two rollers can be adjusted to change the sizes of final products.
