Equipments,it is advanced in the following points.The reclaim powder does not need to be ground so fine and the devulcanizing time is shortened;
Plastifiers,reclaiming agents and rubber powder can be put together into the devulcanizer;no polluted water will be let out during the devulcanization;
The quality is better;to open and lock the devulcanizing vessel is automatized during the working process.
2)The said devulcanizer is a horiziontal pressurized vessel with mixing paddles fixed in it.the mixing shaft with paddles can rotate clockwise and anti-clockwise.
the left and right rotating paddles push the material in the vessel moving along the shaft to be well mixed and equally heated.
3)the devulcanizer employs a hydraulic system to open,close and lock up the feeding door and the discharging door.
