API 5L PSL 2 Spiral Steel Pipes
Our company WEIFANG East Steel Pipe Co.,Ltd. has the most advanced double-sided submerged arc welding steel tube production lines and can produce the SSAW pipes with diameter θ219mm-θ2200mm and wall thickness from 6mm to 30mm. The double-sided submerged arc welding processing boasts not only with high deposition rate, but also with deep penetration ability, good quality and appearance of welding line and high density. All these can meet the requirements of welding line.
API 5L PSL 2 Spiral Steel Pipes was made by steel coil, extrusion forming under the normal temperature, and was taken the technology of double wire and double-faced submerged-arc welded.
Technological Characteristics:
During the molding process of the spiral welded steel pipe, the steel plate has uniform deformation and light residual stress, and the surface has no scratches. The pipe made by the spiral pipe manufacturer has more flexible thicknesses and diameters. Especially in making high-grade thick pipes with small or medium aperture, this kind of techniques has incomparable advantages that can satisfy more requirements on spiral welded pipes.
Application:
API 5L PSL 2 Spiral Steel Pipes was mainly used in public waterworks, petrochemical industry, chemical industry, electric power industry, agricultural irrigation and urban construction etc.

For gas transmission: coal gas, steam, liquefied petroleum gas, gas etc.
