Spiral steel pipe was made by steel coil, extrusion forming under the normal temperature, and was taken the technology of double wire and double-faced submerged-arc welded.

Technological Characteristics:

During the molding process of the spiral welded steel pipe, the steel plate has uniform deformation and light residual stress, and the surface has no scratches. The pipe made by the spiral pipe manufacturer has more flexible thicknesses and diameters. Especially in making high-grade thick pipes with small or medium aperture, this kind of techniques has incomparable advantages that can satisfy more requirements on spiral welded pipes.
