Why use vibration eps cutting machine to cut fireproof eps blocks?
The fire proof eps blocks is harder than normal eps blocks.If use normal eps cutting machine,not only the cutting spped will be slow but also the eps cutting machine maybe damaged and the eps blocks appearance will not smooth.By vibration eps cutting machine,when cutting,the hot wire will be moved from left to right in turn.It is easy to cut the fireproof eps blocks. And 2pcs of blocks can be cut in one time.
Process:
Horizontal eps cutting machine and Cross eps cutting machine composite one whole eps cutting machine production line.
The fireproof eps blocks is cut by horizontal cutting machine horizontally,then the blocks is transported to cross eps cutting machine.The cross cutting machine cut the eps blocks according to set size to small blocks.
