Brief introduction

The Vibration Feeder (Vibratory feeder) is used to transfer the large size materials and granular materials from hopper to receiving device uniformly, periodically and continuously in the production flow and to feed materials into the crusher continuously and uniformly also to screen the materials in the sandstone production line. Working principle 

GZD Series Vibration Feeder consists of a trough body, actuator, and spring bearings, gears and other components. The vibration source of the material tank is exciter. The parts of the exciter are two eccentric axis (active and passive) and the gear. The motor drives the axis through the belt, and then the gears of axis and the passive axis are engaged, and the passive axis running, Active and passive axis rolling in completely different directions at the same time, and the tank vibrating with the continuous flow of materials to achieve the purpose of conveying materials.

4.Lubriate and maintain the machine timelyBefore halt for check,feeder should be first stopped feeding and make sure the stones are all out of the machine silo.
