The whole process is fully automatic from flour mixing, rice flour feeding, first extruding, second extruding, rice vermicelli forming, first aging, steaming, second aging, loosing,drying,cooling to cutting. Each step is strictly controlled to guarteen the rice vermicelli quality.

1 Automatic production process The whole production line is highly controlled automatically from flour feeding to the final products, less manual operation. The operators only need to observe, monitor and adjust , which saves a lot of labors and low down cost of production. |

2 Continuous aging process The aging tunnel is adopted with the humidifiers controlled design, which improve the aging effect and shorten the aging time. |

3 Continuous batch- type steaming tunnel The close environment of steaming tunnel enhance the effect of steaming. Smart design to make the batch steaming process continuous without any break. Save labor and safe operation . |

4 Automatic rice noodle loosing device The automatic loosing machine is equipped with the line, saving the labor resource. |

5 Excellent drying effect Humidity and temperature is strictly controlled in each section. |
