      strap, so power transmission is high efficiency, and low noise.
(2) Circular blade guard by safety cover, ensuring operator’s safety.
(3) Adopt mechanical to control depth of cut, locate depth of cut accurate and practical.
(4)  It is designed for automatic loading and unloading of paper cores from the rewinding shaft
