Air filter folding pleating machine for making car air filter
Main characteristics:
1.Tray for mounting the roll paper, paper holder and frame design into one production line in order to maintain stable feed operation and avoid displacement.
2.The filter paper humidifying device is composed of variable power of steam generator and water tank, water tank connected directly using the floating ball valve of water, can automatically adjust the water level.
3.The roller folding mechanism part by the roller crimper, wire wheel speed synchronization means bond wheel spin wave-part composition, each part of the motion control instruction by the PLC synchronous servo motor-related, each member strict synchronization.
4.Dispensing device consists of gule machine and dispensing head position adjusting mechanism composed, glue injection machine brand specified by the demand side, note pad adjustment mechanism using two-way bond lever to adjust the position of positioning accuracy, feel relaxed.
5.Dispensing fold from holding transport mechanism composed by the belt conveyor, keeping a distance from the fold through the man-machine interface setting, the transmission speed with the speed of the host is changed automatically.
6.Fan cooling channel is equipped with three sets of axial fans, hot-melt adhesives for longer opening hours, forced cooling.
