Introduction:
BT-W810 Semi automatic PET stretch blow moulding machine can produce different shapes of PET bottles. It can blow from 100ml to 6000ml bottles and is widely used to produce mineral water, carbonated drink, juice, medicine, cometic and oil bottles, wide-mouth bottle etc.
This machine adopting the PLC control with counting function and time-control precision to 0.1 second on a very beautiful panel; The infrared heater make sure it can used for different wall thickness preform completely and keep the whole position of preform body soften equally. The cooling system ensure the bottle neck part and inner temperature of heating to keep the bottle roundness perfect.
Features of Semi Automatic Blow Molding Machine
This semi automatic blow molding machine is a latest blow molding machine developed by Bauthai. All the components of this semi automatic blow molding machine are controlled by computer and pneumatic transmission. It is of high precision of time delay, reliable operation, strong resistance against disturbance, easy time setting and long service life. It has a digital automatic temperature adjusting instrument and carries out two operation modes: single action and semi-automation. This semi automatic blow molding machine adopts far infrared heating oven, which fast and equally heats the bottles.
1. The machine adopts revolving infrared pre-heat system. It ensures PET preforms be heated evenly.
2. The machine uses mechanical-double-arm mould clamping which ensures the mould will be closed tightly even under high pressure and high temperature.
3. The air system consists of two parts: pneumatic action part and bottle blow part to meet the different pressure requirements for the action and blowing. It can provide sufficient and steady high pressure for blowing large irregular shape bottles.
4. The machine is also equipped with silencer and oiling system to lubricate the mechanical parts of the machine.
5. The machine can be operated in the step-by-step mode and the semi-auto mode.
6. Wide-mouth and hot-filling bottles can also be made.
7. Small size, low investment. One person enough to operate, simple and safe.
