Our company is specialized in various cables and wires with low, medium and high voltage up to 35KV, mainly including: XLPE insulated power cable, rare earth high speed rail aluminum conductor power cable, aerial insulated cable,mining cable, LSZH cable and sheathed or non-sheathed wires. The products can be widely used in the areas of power station, metallurgy,mines,petrochemical,machinery,building, communication,etc.
We have professional R&D department and have obtained patents for such products as water proof power cable, fire resistant & insulated shielded cable, special anti-corrosion cable,marine flexible cable with heat resistant, moisture resistant and oil resistant properties, anti-corrosion control cable with heat resistant properties, overhead wires & cables, aerial wires and cables, high voltage flexible cable for transformer, etc.
2.Environmental cable:
Environmental cable refers to without lead,cadmium,hexavalent choromium, mercury and other heavy metals and brominated flame retardants. After environmental test by SGS, all the index are compliance with EU environmental directives(ROSH) and exceed its index requirements. Environmental cable does not produce harmful halogen gases, corrosive gases, less smoke, no soil pollute.
3.Technical specifications:
A. Rated voltage:up to 0.6/1 KV.
B.Long -term allowable operating temperature of cable conductor should not over 70/90/125 celcius.
C.Burning smoke density comply with GB-T 17651.2-1998(IEC1043) standards:Light transmittance>60%.
D:Halogen acid content test comply with GB/T 17650-1998(IEC754-2) standards: PH value>4.3,conductor<10 um/mm.
E:Flame retardant property comply with GB/T 12666-1990 standards.
F.Toxicity index<3
G:Product basic performance meet requirements of its corresponding product.
4.Performance requirements characteristics:
A:No halogen,no heavvy metals,such as plumbum,cadmium,non-pollution.
B:Safety,flame-retardant,when burned,less harmful gases and smoke less.
C:Renewable utilization,not harm the environment when discorded, no dioxin and other carcinogenic substance diffusion.
D:Not change the product of the physical properties and use characteristics.
