The uncoiler consists of the moving dolly (optional), uncoiler with pressing arm, frame with lead rail, and hydraulic system. The moving dolly can be lifted, move on the lead rail, carry the coil to the uncoiler, the leafs of the ucoiler expanse, the coil be fixed on the uccoiler, main axis of the uncoiler rotate, the coil sheet comes out. After the coil sheet fed into the roll forming machine, the coil sheet will be pulled back to minimize the pendant.
This automatic steel coil slitting line is an integration of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic technology.
It is characterized of easy operation,high production efficiency and long service time.
1.This slitting line is mainly composed of coil car, un-coiler, slitter, scrap winder, coil-head-tail cutter, tension unit,coil recoiler, hydraulic system, etc.,there are transitional bridge, pinching device and
deviation corrector equipped between machines.
2.This slitting line is applied in processing cold-rolled and hot-rolled carbon steel, silicon steel, tinplate, stainless steel and various metal materials after coated zinc on
surface according to working requirements of users.
3.This slitting line can be adjusted to do recoiling or dividing work to meet customer's demand.
4.PLC system is used to select the information from every part of the line,centrally controlled,which is easy to
operate and save much time and trouble.
5.For demanding users the option of automatic edge or EPC in the opening material, which is convenient
feeding, improve efficiency, while improving cutting precision, the protection sheet.
6.EPC can also choose automatic edge control, to ensure uniformity rolling, especially for wide material
winding.
