The uncoiler consists of the moving dolly, uncoiler with pressing arm, frame with lead rail, and hydraulic system.
The moving dolly can be lifted, move on the lead rail, carry the coil to the uncoiler, the leafs of the uncoiler expanse, the coil be fixed on the uncoiler, main axis of the uncoiler rotate, the coil sheet comes out.
After the coil sheet fed into the roll forming machine, the coil sheet will be pulled back to minimize the pendant.

1.Technical parameter:
For lifting dolly
Capacity: see the type of uncoiler, max. 5 tons.

Lifting: max. 5500mm.
Moving: max. 3000mm.
For decoiler
Capacity: see the type of uncoiler, max. 5tons.
Inner dia: 508mm, and 610mm (gasket is required).
Width: max. 1500mm.
Center adjust: max. 250mm.
Equipped with optical sensor, laid before decoiler, if sheet is close to sensor, it will stop
releasing coil sheet; if sheet leaves sensor, the decoiler will release coil sheet.
For hydraulic
Max. hydraulic pressure: 16 Mpa.

Air pressure: 0.9 Mpa.
2. Process flow:
Fix coil to the decoiler ---- fix coil sheet to lifting dolly ---- lifting dolly moves to decoiler ---
lifting dolly lifts to the same center with decoiler ---- lifting dolly moves more closely to arms
of decoiler---- expanse (coil moves to the decoiler) ---- lifting dolly returns ---- axis of
decoiler rotate (coil sheet comes out).
