The Tile Ridge Cap Machine is mainly used in the production of ridge tiles. This equipment is made up of eight main parts: feeding, guiding, transmission, roll forming, pressing, hydraulic station, control station and run out table. The machine is artistically made and transmits smoothly at a low noise. The suitable material is pre-painted or galvanized steel sheet at thickness 0.3-0.7mm. It is used as the tile ridge cap of modern buildings with better anti-press and anti-bending performance. Its length is set according to customer’s requirements and transportation situation

Fundamental Structure and Working Principal
Feeding the Machine
Feeding is to put the coil sheet into the axis of the uncoiler. Take off the 3 leaves from the mandrel, put the coil through the mandrel, tighten the mandrel and put on the leaves.
The transmission of the machine
The transmission of the machine is achieved through the cycloidal reducer to the carrier wheel of the lower rollers, then, through the chains, the carrier wheel to the rollers.
The adjustment
Using pre-painted cold rolled steel sheets with 333mm width and 0.3-0.7mm thickness. Before the feeding of the pre-painted steel sheet into the roller, adjust the space between the upper roller and lower roller, first make the lower roller leveled, then line up the two rollers and then adjust the space between the upper and lower roller to be the thickness of the sheet plus 0.25mm. If the finished ridge cap has ripples, widen the space between the two rollers until the ridge cap turned out to be required (The space is usually adjusted before the machine leaves the factory)
Tile Press Unit
Its impact mould is made of refined steel with feature of high hardness, anti-attrition and precision. It is easy to adjust the position of the mould: up and down, left & right, forward & backward according to the position of tile ridge cap on machine. So the tile ridge caps will not change its shape.
As hydraulic is the main power for pressing, there will not be a sudden impact during the pressing process, thus ensure the integrity of the tile ridge caps.
After pressing, not only strength the hardness and stiffness of the material, but also improved the outlook of the products. But as pressing is deformation process which may destroy the painted surface of the material, suggest covering a plastic film on the surface, so it will not be destroyed during pressing and transportation.
Cutting System
There are two ways in cutting of the products: automatic and manual. The automatic way is used is mass production after the length of the ridge cap is determined. The manual way is only used in testing. Before the operation of the cutting system, you must check the oil tank. Hydraulic oil level must reach to the upper line, start the oil pump and set the performance pressure to 14-15 Mpa, and also test the movement of the equipment to be normal. When the performance length is reached, the cutter will automatically cut: the machine stops, cut the sheet, touches the lower switch, the blade moves up, touches the upper switch, cutting finished, and the machine starts again.
