1. Components for the Roll Forming Machine
Metal panel roll forming machines consists of uncoiler and its base, coil sheet guiding equipment, film covered device, roll forming system,
post-cutting equipment,hydraulic station, controlling system, supporter table.
2. Technical Parameters
Material Spec: Aluminum, aluzinc, galvanized and pre-painted galvanized steel sheet
Thickness: 0.8 mm to 1.2mm(or as client's require)
Main motor power: 20-30 kw
Hydraulic station power: 5.5 kw
Coil stress: Q235 Mpa(33KSI); maximum stress yield is Q345Mpa (50KSI)
Producing Speed: 3~4 m/min. (including the speed of step pressing and cutting)
Cutting Tolerance:≤±2.5mm ( length≤ 5000mm) ; ≤±3mm ( 5000mm < length ≤ 10000mm)
Type of cutting: Roll-formed and length-set cutting
3. Material of Main Equipments
Roller Material: high grade No.45 forged steel, Coating with hard chrome.
Active Shaft Material: high grade No.45 carbon wrought steel, improved the integrated mechanic feature of the shaft.
Electric Elements: PLC control panel, transducer imported from Mitsubishi of Japan.
Other Elements: from famous suppliers in China.
Cutter Blade: Cr12 mould steel with quenched treatment.
4. Process sketch
Uncoiling the sheet --- Infeed guiding --- Roll forming --- Step pressing ---Measure length --- Cutting the panel --- Panels to the supporter (option: automatic stacker).

Machine running
1. rollers are put on anti-rust oil and packed by bubble wraps; some other electric parts are packed by bubble wraps as well;
2. the oil hose and electric wires ae marked, and easy to be connected when used;
3. in container loading, sea-worthy, well fixed by wire rope, wooden block and nails.
