production introduction:
C or Z shape purlins are made from hot/ cold rolled steel strips, and straightened, hole punched, cut to length, and roll formed by WLPM series C/Z changeable shape purlin roll forming machine. Through changing, this product line can make the change of the shape C or Z purlin, besides change different sizes of C or Z shape purlin. This change for shape and sizes of C/Z purlin can be realized by automatic mode, or manual adjusting mode.

Components of machine:
1.Roller Material: high grade No.45 forged steel, Coating with hard chrome.
2.Active Shaft Material: high grade No.45 carbon wrought steel, improved the integrated mechanic feature of the shaft.
3.Electric Elements: PLC control panel, transducer imported from Mitsubishi of Japan.
4.Other Elements: from famous suppliers in China.
5.Cutter Blade: Cr12 mould steel with quenched treatment.

-- working speed: 10m—15m/min (not include cutting & punching time)

4.Cutting:
-- Machine adopt hydraulic after cutting
-- Cutting after forming: Cut the sheet after roll forming to required length
-- Cutting motion: The main machine automatically stops and the cutting will take place. After the cutting, the main machine will automatically start.
-- Length measuring: Automatic length measuring
-- Tolerance of length: 3m +/- 1.5mm

7.Hydraulic station
Supplies the initial power to the cuter through a closed oil tank. It is off without cutting, which can save the power.
