Work flow
Fix coil to the uncoiler→fix coil sheet to the moving dolly→moving doly move to the uncoiler→
Moving dolly lift to the same center with uncoiler→moving dolly move more closely to uncoiler arms of uncoiler→expanse(coil move to the uncoiler) →moving dolly return→axis of uncoiler rotate(coil sheet comes out)
