General High pressure radial split multistage industrial pump
High pressure radial split multistage pump of RMD Series is designed and developed according to API610.It is one kind of multistage centrifugal pump with high efficiency,high pressure features.There is no balancing device of the pump,because the axial force generated from impellers is canceled out by impellers themselves by their symmetrical arrangement structure.High efficiency,energy saving,high reliability advantages are brought by this new structure.The pump can be used for longer time and save the maintenance test for our customers.

Structure Features
High pressure radial split multi-stage pump of RMD Series is single volute casing,sectional parts,multi-stage, centrifugal pumps. The suction nozzle can be designed with horizontal or vertical direction and discharge nozzle is vertical.The suction casing,stage casing and discharge casing are rigidly held together by the bolts.The joints between these casings are primarily sealed by means of metal-metal contact.Simultaneously, O-rings are used as auxiliary seals
The forged pieces can be used for the suction, stage and discharge casings of High pressure radial split multi-stage pump of RMD Series
Rotor parts of impeller is arranged with symmetrical shape.There is no balancing device and the axial thrust of pump chamber is auto-balanced.
Shaft seal
The shafts of these pumps are sealed by softpacking and cooled by cooling water. While mechanical seal can also be used according to the customers' requirement.There are sealing elements in the sealing chamber.You should pour certain pressurized water into the chamber.The shaft of pump is protected by sleeve that can be exchangeable.
Drive
The pump is directly driven by the motor through the coupling. The gear, membrane coupling and hydraulic coupling can be used according to customers' requirements. The pump can be driven by turbine of motor. The rotating direction of pump is clockwise when viewed from the driving end.
Material
Suction casing,discharge casing,diffuser,and impeller: carbon steel or chrome steel.
Shaft,wear ring and diffuser bush:chromic alum steel of API610 standard.
