Double toothed roller crusher is suitable for the solid material to proceed medium and rough crushing(the compression strength is less than240Mpa,water content is less than 35%),such as coke,petroleum coke,quicklime,ore,carbon,glass tube,asphalt,chemical materials ,or the solid materials get the same hardness as above state.

Working Principle
Double toothed roller crusher has two wear-resistant tooth rollers.The two rollers turn relative together to make high pressure to crush the material.The material is entered into the space between the two rollers,suffered both extrusion and shear force.In the crusher rolling,cutting and grinding,it is crushed into the required size and then sent out by the transport equipment.
