1. Brief Introduction Of Heavy Hammer Crusher:
Such hammer crusher is designed based on the previous technology of hammer crusher, box crusher and impact crusher, It is the new heavy duty hammer crusher which is famous by its large crushing ability. And is suitable for crushing big, medium and small stones and is easy to be operated.
2. Production Application Of Heavy Hammer Crusher:
Hammer crusher (heavy duty hammer crusher) is suitable for midhard and weak erosive materials, whose compressive resistance strength is no more than 150Mpa and humidity lower than 15%, such as coal, salt, chalk, gypsum, bricks, limestone, etc.
3. Operating Principles Of Heavy Hammer Crusher:
The main working part of small hammer crusher is the rotor with hammers. The rotor is composed of the main shaft, disk, pin shaft and hammers. The motor drives the rotor to rotate fast in the crushing cavity. Raw materials enter the crusher through the feed opening and are hit, impacted, cut and ground by the highspeed hammers to small size. There is a sieve plate under the rotor, so that materials whose size are smaller than the screen mesh are screened out and others are left to be further hammered and ground until reaching the standard size. The size of the final product can be adjusted by changing the sieve plate. The gap between the rotor and the sieve plate can also be adjusted according to different requirements
