Product Description
GPC series hammer crusher is a newly developed product, and applied to many kinds of materials like limestone, coal, shale, plaster and so on. The most outstanding features is that it has a very large feeding size from 100mm to 550mm but the output size is below 50mm (20mm-40mm> 60%). It greatly simplifies the crushing process and save cost for customers. Meanwhile it also has a very large crushing cavity which leads to a super high capacity and save energy by 30%-50%. And integral casted frame can guarantee the machine has a 3 times longer working life compared with hammer crusher in the market. With all its features above, it is especially suitable for quarry and mining crushing.
Working Principle of Hammer Crusher
The motor drives the rotor rotate the hammer crusher with high speed through the belt, and on the rotor there are a series of hammers. When the materials get into the working area of hammers, they are crushed by the rotating hammers of the hammer crusher with high rotation speed, the products which are crushed to meet the required size can be discharged by the outlet and become the final products, the large size products are brought back to the crushed area by the hammers of the hammer crusher for being recrushed until they reached the required size. This machine can be adjusted according to user space grate section, change the particle size, to meet the different needs of different users.
The operating personnel must understand the performance, structure of the crusher, and grasp some of the installation of the operating rules, requirements of each class at least three inspections, and regularly grease and fastening the connecting wire, to ensure the normal operation and crushing machinery.
