Low density PE-based double sided foam tape

The product series is made of low density PE plastic foam carrier and coated with modified solvent acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive or solvent rubber on single side or both sides.

Features and Application

Moderate thickness, good softness, good flexibility, prevent components moving when shaking, easy to die-cut, good buffering performance, strong holding power, excellent adhesion to rough complex surface, anti-age, temperature resistance, good sealing property, waterproof, anti-dust, good adhesion with high performance modified pressure sensitive adhesive or compound rubber coated on both sides. Suitable to various surface bonding. Shockproof, soundproof and excellent die cut machining. 

Ideal for indoor applications which require shock absorption, insulation, cushioning, vibration and sound damping such as in the packaging, aerospace, recreation, construction and appliance industries. Suitable for furniture decorate strips, photo frame; for sealing electronic components and electronic machine, stuffing;for bonding automobile rearview mirror,medical equipment parts; for fix the frame of LCD and FPC; for bond metal and plastic badge and for other product bonding solution.
