JHZ Series Mechanical Grille is also called Mechanical Fine Bar Screen or Mechanical Rake Bar Screen, mainly used to eliminate impurities from liquid in wastewater pretreatment process.
As an advanced essential solid-liquid separation equipment, it is widely used in textile industry, food industry, paper-making industries etc. for wastewater treatment.
Electric motor and gearbox are mounted on the upper rack of steel frame, drive sprocket of tooth rake traction device is at the head of steel frame, rotated by gearbox output shaft, work together with another driven sprocket which is located at the end of steel frame.
