Working principles of wastewater filtration Pressure sand filter :
Raw water access into wastewater filtration Pressure sand filter and is channeled to filter top, and then falls on a bed of sand. Filtered water then exits through laterals at filter bottom and the trapped dirt in the sand is removed via periodic backwashing and infrequent sand replacement.
