Machine running condition: water temperature 23°C, evaporate temperature -12°C,condensing temperature 40°C, reference valve under 50Hz power condition. Real production of machine will have a little change according to change of water temperature and ambient temperature. |
Note:
1.Dimension of machine for reference only, its real size according to after final confirm size of each ice block and quantity of ice block cans.
2.It didn’t mention size of cooling tower, cooling tower is usually installed in the outside.
3.The completely machines contain main frame, salt water tank (inside the tank is ice block cans with shelves,on the top of the tank is covers), cooling tower, water pump, stirrer, water pipes and water pipe fittings.
Block Ice Maker Machine Features -
1. The temperature of ice is low and it can reach 10celsius belew zero.
2. Because of the block structure, it is convenient for store.
3. The integrity design and installation convenience, it can be used if you install electricity and water.
4. The principle is simple and the maintenance and repair is easy.
5. The ice-making tank adopt the Polyurethane foam technology. It promises a good hest insulation.
6. It can be made into different size of ice block machine to meet different currents' need to ice.
7. The large ice block machine use the crane to take ice, so the work quantity is small.
8. There are 1ton to 100tons production per day models to choose.
ice block weight -
The each ice block weight have 2.5kg,5kg,10kg,15jg,20kg,25kg,30kg,50kg,100kg optional, also can customized for your requirement. Different ice block weight,the make ice time is different.
For example:
1 tons per day design:
If make 5kg each ice, machine make 40pcs of 5kg per shift, make 5 shift in a day, it is 200pcs of 5kg per day.
5kg x 40pcs x 5shift = 1000kg.
If make 10kg each ice, machine make 25pcs of 10kg per shift, make 4 shift in a day, it is 100pcs of 10kg per day.
10kg x 25pcs x 4sfhit = 1000kg.
2 tons per day design:
If make 5kg each ice, machine make 80pcs of 5kg per shift, make 5 shift in a day, it is 400pcs of 5kg per day.
5kg x 80pcs x 5shift = 2000kg.
If make 10kg each ice, machine make 50pcs of 10kg per shift, make 4 shift in a day, it is 200pcs of 10kg per day.
10kg x 50pcs x 4sfhit = 2000kg.
3 tons per day design:
If make 5kg each ice, machine make 120pcs of 5kg per shift, make 5 shift in a day, it is 600pcs of 5kg per day.
5kg x 120pcs x 5shift = 3000kg.
If make 10kg each ice, machine make 75pcs of 10kg per shift, make 4 shift in a day, it is 300pcs of 10kg per day.
10kg x 75pcs x 4sfhit = 3000kg.
5 tons per day design:
If make 5kg each ice, machine make 250pcs of 5kg per shift, make 4 shift in a day, it is 1000pcs of 5kg per day.
5kg x 250pcs x 4shift = 5000kg.
If make 10kg each ice, machine make 125pcs of 10kg per shift, make 4 shift in a day, it is 500pcs of 10kg per day.
10kg x 125pcs x 4sfhit = 5000kg.
