1. Introduction
The machine can test the pressure resistance of cement, concrete and other components and so on. If add the special accessories, it can do the anti-break and anti-pressure tets for building materials and brick. It meets GB/T2611-92,GB/T3722-92 and other test standard, and is executable to GB, ISO, JIS, DIN, ASTM and other international test standard. It applies to quality control department, engineering inspection department, University and college, mining industry and other institution.
2.Main configurations & Features
- This testing machine consists of Load frame, hydraulic pumping station, compression test fixture, electric & hydraulic servo control system, etc.
- Load frame: 4-column frame structure, oil cylinder bottom-mounted. It consists of base, column, cylinder, Load cell, etc.
- High precision load cell to measure load, photoelectrical encoder to measure displacement.
- Hydraulic pump station system: servo pumping station.
- Control system: Full digital hydraulic servo control, which includes load and displacement. PCI measuring & control amplification unit, servo valve driving unit & software system etc. Load and displacement close-loop control. It can complete load speed, displacement speed, load keeping and displacement keeping control modes.
- Computer data processing automatically, the printer can print test report.
