1.Application of compression testing machine:
Digital Display Compression Testing Machine(YES-3000) is mainly used for compression test of nonmetal materials such as bricks, stones, cements and other building materials in accordance with international standards. The machine is electro-hydraulically operated. the control panel comprises of hydraulic power pack, digital readout system , operating switches, load control values, output print-out of test data.
2.Main Features
- The main machine has two columns, compact structure.
- Manually control the load, easy and convenient to operate
- Mechanic limit protection device assures the safety of testing
- Set up overload protection which can stop automatically when the load exceeds the maximum load capacity by 2-5%.
- Date acquisition system adopts advanced CMOS chip integrated technology, real time displays force and peak value.
- Follow the load ratio, it is much more even and accurate
- It has data interface, can connect with internet and realize sharing the resources.
