The Rebar Thread Cutting Machine is one part of the Upsetting & Parallel Thread Cutting System. The Upsetting & Parallel Thread Cutting System has three sets of machine in total:

1 set of oil pump
2. The procedure of this system is as follows:
1) Rebar upsetting machine is used to enlarge the Dia. of rebar
2) Then use rebar thread cutting machine to cut threads on the enlarged end of rebar.

1. Feathers
It can connect the deformed bars of HRB335, HRB400 or other similar in the diameter ranging from 12~50 mm.
1. The connection has the high tensile strength. The tensile strength of connector should equal to or not less than 1.1 times of steel bar itself. And the strength reach Grade I (reach 1.1 times of material’s) and 100% exerted Grade II.
2. There are many types of couplers, are suitable to used in reinforcing steel bar cage, bend reinforcing steel bar.
3. High efficiency, easy operation and high speed connection, the processing of the reinforcing bar end is factory operation, it wont occupy the time of construction, the local connection can save a lot of time. upset forging and threading one coupler only needs no more than one minute
4. Environmental protection, the processing of the reinforcing bar and the site operation is safe and reliable without noise, open flame and soot. Economize energy source and material, economy profit
