-General Description of Cold Forged Machine (12-40mm)
HLY~32 Cold Forged Machines are mainly used to connect HRB335 and HRB400 Ribbed Rebar with diameter 18-40mm, and suitable for high-rise, frameset, tunnel, bridge and dam etc. Our cold forged machines and related equipments are small in bulk, light in weight and particularly fit for construction site. Trough the strict detection of the National Metallurgy Department Construction Quality Supervision & Inspection Center, the joint reaches the Level A of National Industry StandardGeneral technical specification for mechanical splicing of bars . Composition of Cold Forged Machine
Cold extrusion press equipment is made up of rebar extrusion press machine, ultra~high pressure pump, balancer, etc.
-Cold extrusion press equipment
(1) Rrebar extrusion press machine is key tool of cold extrusion press equipment, it mainly used in extruding Φ18-Φ40mm II grade III grade deformative rebar joint. Remove pressure die, change shear die, it can used as simple shear apparatus, and suitable for shear of various rebars in construction sites.
This type of rebar extrusion press machine is equipped with YJ-80 Ultra-high pressure pump, compact structure, small volume, light weight, easy operation, is a kind of portable hydraulic machinery, suitable for field operation, working aloft, etc. Diagram 1:

- Ultra-high pressure pump
Ultra~high pressure pump is power producer of cold extrusion press machine; the output pressure can reach 100MPa. Ultra-high pressure pump use radial piston pump, long life, high efficiency, good self-priming performance, simple structure, easy to use, etc.

- Stable connection process, convenient construction, easy operation.
- Joint’s performance is reliable, quality is easy to check and control, and not affected by welding performance of rebar.
- It is not affected by climate change, can be all-weather operations.
