Description
Two types: revering and non-reversing, suitable for secondary rolling and finish rolling of common straight carbon steel, alloy steel stainless steel, copper and aluminum strips. Back-up roll transmission with rigid frame, special bearing and screw down worm gear with secondary enveloping surface.
Structure
It is composed of main motor, gear reducer, double helical spur gear, universally-jointed axle, support, working seat, power screw down gear, left and right draw-works, hydraulic station and DC electric control. Material of backing roll: 9Cr2Mo
