Company Introduction
We are specialized in manufacturing waste tire/plastic/rubber recycling machine, pyrolysis machine
and oil distillation machine, oil refining machines, tire oil/plastic oil/engine oil/ship oil refining plants.
We have three workshops producing every parts, professional laboratory improving technology and
demo plant which could show customers running machine. And experienced engineers guarantee
installation of our equipments and good after -sale service as our company starts from 1993..
We have three factories totally.One is demo factory for showing our running machine lines to customers;
Another is our big workshop to make the reactors;And the last one is our oldest factory which makes
the auxiliary parts .And we also have our own independent laboratory.

every year we sell about 300 sets machines to this world.
the whole process is like this:
automatically pump waste oil to the reactor - start heating- about 200 degree celsius gasoline coming out- about 300 diesel coming out - exhaust gas and water.
in the whole process, the most important is safety and no pollution , then it is the cooling system
which decides if you can get more oil or not.
for safety, we have many safety devices like safety valves, alarming ring,automatic decreasing pressure device, oil-water seperator, anti-back fire device, negative pressure device.these
devices can guarantee the oil gas can not be back to the reactor and the distillation machine is working under the normal pressure .
for no pollution, we have the special removing sulfer and dust device. we put special chemical to remove the sulfer and the cao to
remove the dust .in the whole processing, there will be no discharging and through the chimney there is no smoke. e
ven though having smoke, it is white clean low temparature smoke which is not bad for the environment.
this is our specail sulfer and dust removing device which has been sent to romania
we have our own running demo plants in our big demo factory.
after one batch, we always get some samples to do the test as we have our own sole independent lab
