First, the capacity of this reactor is 3 tons for waste oil or crude oil or other oil.
second, the most important thing is the safety.our plants are very safe.we have some safety devices such as the pressure gauge ,the safety valve,the alarming device.if there are some pressure in the reactor,the alarming device wil ring.even if the workers do not hear the ringing,it does not matter,we have the pressure gauge which can reduce the pressure automatically.At the same time,we have the oil-wate separator which can stop the oil gas reback to the reactor.this is our special design for our anwhile,we design the anti-back fire device which can refuse the fire reback to the reactor and the waste gases can be burned as the fuel when the oil is out from the it can save your fuel materials.
Third,it is very environental protecting.The smoke from the burning coal or other fuel materials can solve with the dust removal device.at the same time,on the chimney we add two cooling tubes.through this,even you can not see the vapor. it is very environmental.
Forth,it is energy-saving.in some countries,the fuel is very expensive.if you want to make money,saving energy is very important.our plants can help you save energy as we have the recycling waste gases device.for example,the methane,the ethane,the propane and the hydrogen can be burned through the pipe into the reactor as the it can save energy and protect the environment.

Sixth,it is long life.The material of the reactor we use is 345R.The thickness of the steel plate is 14mm,16mm,18mm and the part which is burned by fire is 16mm and 18mm.except this,the small parts of the plants we use are the best in china,such as the screws we use are the stainless steel.
