In accordance with different main materials, we can design the production line, which is capable for annually producing 100,000 to 400,000m3 coal ash or sand autoclaved aerated concrete blocks production line. Here below is the features of autoclaved aerated concrete block production line.
1 Product weight is according to 600kg/m3 to control.
2 Annual capacity 200,000M3.
3 Set raw material proportion: cement 6.5%, raw lime 23%, flyash 68%, gypsum 3%, aluminum paste powder 350g/M3.
4 Water and material rate 0.631.
5 One mould product 2.88M3
6 Casting slurry cycle time 5-6 minutes, cut cycle time 5 minutes.
7 Casting slurry temperature 38-42 degree
8 Body quiet stop. Time is 1.5-2.5housr, temperature 50-90 degree, after quiet stop body strength is 0.15-0.18Mpa
9 Steam curing cycle time, come in and out autoclave about 0.5hour, steam curing cycle time about is 6 hours/1.6Mpa, total 6.5 hours.

AAC Block Mchine Line Cutting Machine Simple Introduction
The aac block machine line cutting machine is developed based on the traditional cutting machine. It mainly refers to the WIHA technology. Its reducer and control elements are of domestic or international well-known brands, thus ensuring the stability of the machine.
Features:
1). The aac block cutting machine utilizes the cylinder to tension the steel wire.Coupled with the frame swinging, the service life of the steel wire is greatly prolonged, and the product accuracy has been greatly improved as well.
2). With the mobile cutting table, the green brick placing and cross-cutting are accomplished at the same position. When the adobe moves downward to the next position, both vertical and horizontal cutting can be completed.
3). As the new chain-type cutting machine, it features high automation, convenient operation, accurate cutting, and short cutting period. With this machine, the production cycle will be greatly shortened and the labor productivity will be significantly improved.
AAC Block Machine Line Hydraulic Mould Crane
This hydraulic mould crane is the main corollary equipment in the aerated concrete production. It allows the bricks together with the mould to be placed on the concrete cutting machine for die sinking or demolding. The bricks will be cut by the concrete cutting machine. Meanwhile, the hydraulic mould crane will recombine and clean the concrete mould, bottom plate. Then, it will brush thestripping oil for re-pouring.
