2. Q: What is the shipping cost?
A: The shipping cost is determined by the destination port, weight, packing size, total CBM of the goods. It is difficult for us to quote you the exactly shipping fee without knowing your total quantity of the stainless steel tubes and your destination sea port; We will quote you the good shipping cost after you decide the order.
3. Q: What is your MOQ?
A: If customer have agent in China arrange the delivery shipping for you, there will be no MOQ limited, that means customer can order 1 piece of stainless steel pipe and the price will be offered as EXW factory price.
B: If customer needs us arrange the delivery shipping, the MOQ will be suggested one 20ft FCL due to freight cost would be lower if the container room is completely occupied.
4. Cooperation procedure:
1. Firstly send us an inquiry for quote, please be specific on the s. S. Tubes' Size, Thickness, Quantity, Polishing requirement, packing requirement and other detailed better.
2. Then we wil response to your request within 24 hours with an itemized quotation sheet, including description, product size, thickness, estimate weight per pc's, total weight, unit price in USD, total price in USD. Payment term and Delivery time, packing detailed and a copy of catalogue for your reference.
3. We may contact you for clarification or option during this period, please carefully review our quote, don't hesitate to call or email us if you have any question or need any advice, make necessary revisions.
4. After confirming all the information by you, we will prepare a copy of PI or Sale confirmation; We will attach the bank information it the PI. Our payment term: 30% T/T deposit and 70% T/T balance should be paid before shipping.
5. When recive the 30% deposit, we will start the production at once; When the goods are finished, we will take all the pictures from different angle for your reference. Once we get the 70% balane, we will arrange the shipment for you. At last we will send the Commercial Invoiceand Packing list, especial the Original B/L.
