Application:
The Plastic insulated ( PVC and XLPE) control cable is applicable for control and monitoring loops and protective wires with
AC rated voltage of 0.6/1kV and 450/750V. I can be used for the power distribution and control and the power and dynamo-electric controls of the power plants substations.
Technical details:
Amor: Galvanized steel wire armored(SWA) or steel tape armored(STA)
Outer sheath: PVC, MDPE, HDPE, LDPE
Filler: Polypropylene filament with lapped binding tape
Standard:
1. Standard applied:IEC60502, BS7870,GB/T12707
2. Max. operating temp.: 70°C,can be 90°C and 110°C as per requirement
3. Conductor:Class 1/2 annealed bare copper solid or strands
4. Sheath:PVC or PE or Low smoking and halogen free compound,etc.
5. Color: black or others on request
6. Flame retardant or fire resistance or Low Smoking and Halogen free or other property can be available
