Low voltage Copper PVC control cable
Description
The Plastic insulated ( PVC and XLPE) control cable is applicable for control and monitoring loops and protective wires with AC rated voltage of 0.6/1kV and 450/750V. I can be used for the power distribution and control and the power and dynamo-electric controls of the power plants substations.
Application characteristic
(1) Rated AC Voltage: U0/U 450/750V, 600/1000V.
(2) The Maximum allowed temperature for long-term operation of conductor:
PVC insulated cable: 70°C
XLPE insulated cable: 90°C
(3) When laying, the ambient temperature shall not below 0°C
(4) Permitted minimum bending radius:
Non-armored cables: ≥ 6 times value of the outer diameter
Armored or copper tape shielded cable: ≥ 12 times value of the outer diameter
Shielded flexible cables: ≥ 6 times value of the outer diameter
