1.Introduction
(1). Grain puffing machine with CE sertificate can be directly extruded from the extruder, dryer and flavoring machine. We can produce all kinds of snacks and different shapes by adjusting the dies from extruder. Corn snack making machine can take corn, rice, wheat, oat, rye and other grains as materials to produce extruded snacks, with crispy taste and lively shape, corn snack making machine is designed according to market demand. It includes cheese balls, corn curls, corn sticks, coco pops, cereal, kurkure and pellets.
(2).The Machinery and Equipment for Puffing Food CE sertificate is characterized by unique technique, rational configuration, high automation and stable performance. It can finish steaming .extrusion and shaping in one step without boiler.
2.Features
(1).The grain puffing machine with CE sertificate has the advantage of rational design, high automatic degree and accuracy control.
(2).The main body material is stainless steel, which is easy to be cleaned.
(3).The screws material is 38CrMnAl, which is wear-resisting.
(4).Our project is turn-key. We will send our engineer to your factory, install and debug the equipments, and train your operators.
(5).The temperature and rotating speed can be controlled and adjusted.
3.Voltage
In China: Three phases: 380V/50Hz, Single phase: 220V/50Hz, we can make it according to customers’ local voltage according to different countries.
