Inflating Extruder
I. Description of Extruder:
Twin-screw extruder is composed of feeding systerm, extruded systerm, trivex systerm, heating systerm, drive systerm and control systerm.
a. With the feeding systerm, drive systerm and trivex systerm adopting the frequency control of motor speed, the extruder can be operated evenly and the power flows strong.
b. Automatic lubrication and forced cooling ensure the sfety operation of the extrusion machine.
c. As for different raw material to select single or twin screw charging systerm. The charging is even, stable and reliable.
d. Processed with special technology, the screw is wear-resisting and anti-hamgover, thus enjoying a long service life.
e.Different screw diameter ratio structure meets different technological requirements.
