Newest Corn Flakes Snack Food Production Line
Grain corn chips is a kind of brittle food, good water, the door is not bad, taste smooth, grain flavor and spicy. Corn flakes regard mainly corn flour as the main raw material, add sugar, a variety of vitamins, minerals, raw material, after a certain amount of water is being fully kneading, curing, forming, pelleting and baking flavor ,finally produce in the chip.
In modern, processing is usually performed using extrusion machine, to add water after corn flour mixture of kneading, cooking fully curing and dicing pelleting forming. Corn flakes which is of rich nutrition and good balanced, is a rare cereal breakfast food, usually served with milk.
1.Technological process: raw material preparation - mix - delivery - extrusion- transportation - tablet -delivery- drying - air-conveying- high-temperature puffing- oil spraying-seasoning-drying-(packaging)
2.Device configuration: mix machine- feeding machine- extrusion machine -send wind machine- tablet press - send wind machine, multilayer oven - hot wind puffed furnace- oil spray machine- double drum-(packing machine)

a.Mix machine: add corn flour or corn residue to nutritional additives and mixing a certain proportion of water.
b.Feeding machine: the mixed raw material to the extrusion machine feeding hopper
c.Extrusion machine: the raw materials entering the extrusion system in the feed hopper, produce small spherical particles.
d. Vibrating screen: to make particles dispersed, avoid overlapping pressed together after into the tablet press.
e.The wind send machine: the particles to the tablet press.
f. Tablet press: the small spherical particles pressed into thin, is the corn flakes.
g. Tablet press: the small spherical particles pressed into thin, is the corn flakes.
h. Multilayer oven: oven for electric oven, the temperature is between 0-200 degree through the control cabinet to adjust, internal stainless steel double mesh bag, baking time can according to the speed adjustment, to remove moisture.
i. Packaging machine: will bake the particles to the crushing machine.
