DR series extruder is suitable to make a wide range of product, such as corn flakes, breakfast cereal, puff snack, nutrition powder, soy protein, crisp bread, dry pet food, etc.

 

DR series double screw extruder: 

 

Screw and barrels: barrel has 3 parts: inside barrel equipped with alloy hardness: HRC 55 Barrels are equip with 3 liquid inlets for necessary additives (optional)

 

Screw material: 38CrMnAl

 

Screw hardness: HV 900-1000 (HRC65-72)

 

Cutting system: Face cutter is equipped with 1-4 pcs cutting knives for face cutting of the product out of the extruder, the speed is adjustable.

 

Control system: all motors, valves and pump of the mixing, conditioner and extrusion system controlled by cabinet controller.
