Main features of the Machines
1. Screw of big length to diameter ratio, uniform plastication and high plasticizing capability.
2. Multi step adjustment of injection speed or pressure.
3. Back pressure control of molten plastic.
4. Double toggle mold closing system with a large force magnification ratio and a large stroke ratio.
5. Very good speed characteristic of high speed mold closing and low pressure mold protection.
6. Various kinds of hydraulic ejectors.
7. Double proportional, load sensitive hydraulic circuit.
8. For big sizes of machines there are several oil pumps in a group, use proportional valve to compensate the difference of pressure or flow between pumps.
9. Triple interlock of mechanic, electric and hydraulic devices.
10. Hydraulic knockout core device and rotary mold-parting from the work piece device.

What our machine can make?

1)We provide 6 months machine warranty for good running working order.
2) We dis-assemble and re-assemble machine.
3) We clean the hydraulic tank, oil cooler and filter.
4)We check and repair Hydraulic pump.
5)We check and replace defective toggle with new one.
6)We check Clamping Cylinder pressure in good working order.
7) We replace defective hydraulic parts.
8)We inspect Screw & Barrel, to ensure free from injection back-flow.
9)Parts will be replaced if they do not meet the specific tolerances.
10)We check Control Cabinet completely and replace defective parts.
11) We replace oil seals and rings with leakage.
12)We replace defective ball-bearing of electric motor.
13)We test-run machines for at least 24 hours.
14)Machine is re-painted to look new.
